Welcome to Signature Taste! My name is Sasha Holmes, and I am the proud owner and head chef of this unique catering business based in Summerville, SC. My journey began in the small town of Jacksonboro, SC, where I was inspired by my mother, a dedicated cook who spent her life preparing meals for patients and staff in hospitals.

Growing up, I spent countless hours in the kitchen, learning the art of cooking from my mother. I often volunteered at her workplace, watching her craft delicious and comforting meals that brought smiles to everyone she served. These early experiences ignited my passion for cooking and instilled in me the joy of creating food that brings people together.

I began by cooking for family and friends at home, where my love for cooking continued to flourish. In 2021, I took a leap of faith and launched Signature Taste, an elevated soul food experience that offers event catering, private dining, and more. My goal is to share the rich flavors and comforting essence of soul food with a modern twist, making every event memorable and every meal special.
